Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of children.
- Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that foster curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Plan and conduct a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play, to support children’s learning and development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, and provide feedback to parents or guardians through regular communication and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a cohesive and inclusive learning community.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and actively engage in parent-teacher conferences and meetings.

Skills required:
- Experience as an ECT or Educational Leader highly regarded
- Bachelor / Masters in Early Childhood Education
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates or willing to obtain
