About the centre: This Centre is committed to teaching and inspiring the children by ensuring they have the help to achieve their academic development by assisting them to explore their individual strengths and talents. The Centre is seeking a passionate and engaging educator who can commit to their room and push them to their full potential.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Educator for teaching ages 0 – 5 years old. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience working in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full working rights for Australia.
Benefits:
- Full-time permanent position: 5 days a week or part time 4 days a week minimum.
- Working with 3 other core educators, who have been at the centre for over 5 years and are very capable and efficient.
- approx. 20 children /day
- Available to cover all shifts i.e. open shift and close shift. Shifts rotate.
- Parking available at the centre for staff doing morning shifts.

- Staff meetings trained
- Birthday Leave paid
- Over time will be paid
- Close to the light rail, from Central station, catch the light rail or bus and is a 5 min walk to the Centre.
- Travel allowance
- Will review pay after 1 year.
