The Centre is seeking a passionate and engaging educator who can commit to their room and push them to their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full working rights for Australia.
Benefits:
- Full-time permanent position: 5 days a week or part time 4 days a week minimum.
- Working with other core educators, who are very capable and efficient.
- Available full time – 4-5 days and able to cover all shifts i.e. open shift and close shift. Shifts rotate.
