We are seeking dedicated educators who are committed to fostering the growth and development of children in their early years. As an ECE Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences that support each child’s unique journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities according to tamariki’s interests and goals
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment
- Assess and track children’s progress, providing individualized support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of child development
- Have NZ working rights and be based in NZ
- Recent experience teaching early years or junior primary
- Able to provide contact details of 2 recent professional referees (references can be completed if application is successful)
- Early childhood and/ or primary teaching qualification (level 7 or above) + valid NZ Teachers Registration
