Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
• Relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting
• NESA Accredited
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Full working rights in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• A passion for fostering a love of learning in young minds
