We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths to students across years 7 to 12, delivering engaging lessons that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and promote a cohesive learning experience.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and current registration with the relevant teaching authority.(NESA)
• Experience teaching Maths to students in a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and proficiency in implementing it effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
